The article in the Times clarifys the intent of the right to undo the election, began long before Jones. They began with a premise that their dislike for Clinton satisfied an initiative to get him at any cost on any crime. The legacy of this impeachment will be... that every future President elected by the people will be hounded in office by professional legality and smear assassins sifting and probing for any and every opportunity to make the President's term ineffective. This is a new turn in American politics, one to deny the populace its leadership through constant personal attack from outside the political system.
