Switch, maybe this way you could understand what I am talking
about? I hope...


The product is called "ASX-4000". It is a 10,20,30 or 40GB switch with OC48c to OC12c capability.

The "ASX-200BX" is a 2.5GB switch. It does lots of interfaces.

The product in between is a ASX-1000. It is a 2.5,5,7.5 and 10GB switch with lots of interfaces.

The ASX-4000 was introduced during the summer.

The ASX-200/ASX-1000 were introduced ~4 years ago.

Maybe you got confused?
