Don't I need the internet to be able to update my clients files since my companies now allow me to download client updates? And I need stockwatch to keep an eye on my clients mutual funds so I plan on writing off all the costs and offsetting capital gains against losses and still not claiming as a trader. Costs of doing business.....

I intend use the capital gains method as opposed to the income method as the first 25% of gains are tax free and the income side is fully taxable. In my bracket there is a big difference.

Actually what I am saying is that many of these trades coiuld be disallowed as capital gains if they get pickey and they alwasy do with me. I am on their shit list. SO I am completely ready to claim it either way,.
