USWB is a good play because since it merged with CKSG, it is offering a sophisticated, name brand consulting group that will attract business that are new or even established and want to have a presence on the world wide web... In fact I like the whole group (LAMR, OSI, and POS) About Texas, decided things could be worked out almost as well with video conferencing. I have a bunch of place I have to be so I will concentrate the mid-west and western coast for March or Summer.

XIRC and USWB.. I like short term intermediate term and long term. You could buy something like that and just forget about it, like I should have done with NSOL when I sold it a hundred points ago.

After a good earnings report a number of things can happen: a) stock that is trending high becuase of the anticipation of pending earnings report, (might even be overbought), profit taking sets it.

b) Depending on how close to a base pattern breakout it is, it could be upgraded after the report (SGI) or even downgraded (VSIO) on valuation. I would wait for selling pressure to dissipate and get back in. POWI, MXTR were good examples, both ran up nicely before earnings, POWI more quickly than MXTR, both pulled back, and I'm thinking of getting POWI once again.

I already sold PVN, but I think its a good, relatively safe and profitable company. I made a lot out of PVN when they first lowered the interest rates. I am in GTW but just the February calls, while everyone was watching IBM I was watching GTW.
