Good post! To all posters and lurkers: If the "talks" have been suspended then they are suspended. Not necessarily terminated. I am still long and intend to stay long until this company realizes its potential. I, for one, would not be surprised to see a better offer appear. I don't see a hostile takeover as there are too many shares controlled by management and friendly institutional investors. I'm certainly not pleased but my confidence in ABTX, and their management team remains steadfast. Would have, could have, and should have are the three horsemen of the marketplace that keep most people from making money in the market. If you have done your DD and like a company, I strongly suggest that you buy the stock, get on the sideline, and let management do it's job. I also believe that JT,JF, and the rest of the team are honest, competent, conscientious and committed to making this company succeed in all respects. Sorry to run on. I am looking forward to the conference call.
