Will this lawsuit put an end to the shameless printing of shares?

I'm growing more convinced that the selling that has been taking
place is nothing more than a ploy to maintain a damaged state
in light of the AOL lawsuit. It makes no sense for any investor
to sell stock in a company that has JUST RELEASED its product to
the masses. I think that the MMs will not have any more of
these sells at the bid once the settlement is announced and we
should see a pop shortly thereafter.
