Your questions are very valid and I have attempted to get some of these answered approx. three or four weeks ago but unfortunately Click was unable to answer them until the deal was consummated. At least that was what I was told by Mr. Bendov. IMO, these are the questions that have to be addressed at some point in time, hopefully sooner than later. I attempted to archive my message with those questions but am no longer able to retrieve it. I plan to send out another detailed message in an attempt to find answers to these questions as soon as the deal is consummated unless we hear this in a news release prior to. Regards, Fred
