This is why the vse is where it is today because of people like we have here in Lab.Its no Wonder most Companys will not survive this down fall on the Vse.Its no wonder they have to Change the name of Lab
and its the way to set up another scam and to milk some new investors.

TD,

Very well put, but I think Crone is only responsible for survey costs and physical damages. A case could be made for the cost of drilling etc. but the new data would have to be compared to the old if they choose to proceed in that direction.

I am very surprised there has not been some sort of investigation. Not because the VSE wants it, but because shareholders were promised "ovoids".

The press releases are fairly inert and actually this one indicates qualitative Bre-X style promotion by analysts.
Message 6499708

However most of the quantitative info was given out over the phone by the LAB IR guy. Info such as "very similar to the ovoid" and "between 300m and 400m deep".

I think it is also important to note that potential problems with the data were pointed out several times on this thread:

"The EM is pretty discordant with surface geology and very closely related to the line orientation. I don't like that but I am sure this has been QC'd and is OK

This is peculiar because this is virtually a single line anomaly.

The EM plot is totally fuhucked .... It was either plotted this way out of complete deference of convention or to enhance an otherwise
subtle anomaly......

Poor EM plot and still confusing gravity data....

If indeed real...

The point of professional geotechnical staff is more quality control than interpretation, to that end in a LAB release they say
"The Company's geologists and geophysicist have been evaluating all available information and have highlighted the following: "

Thus the professional staff were in place and therefore responsible for the data and this program. The program was anomalous indeed, stopping a short hole halfway to target depth to probe it, indicates that there was something "weird".

Just my thoughts please let me know if you get a response.

Thanks
1King

Is anyone else concerned about this proposed rollback? This seems like a blatant disregard for shareholders. (What else is new?) After the Concerned Shareholders Group got involved last year, the company announced that the rollback would not proceed. Isn't this proposed rollback illegal? Seems to me another vote should be required of shareholders, since the status of the company has changed, especially since the recent issuance of a zillion options to insiders. The only ones who ever benefit from a rollback are insiders, while regular shareholders get the Royal(International Ventures) shaft. B. C. Securities Commission, where are you? Comments anyone?
