Colleen, have they ACTUALLY, and LEGALLY changed their name to Panam? If they have not finalized the reverse merger, how could this affect things with PRWT? Doesn't sound good to me. This won't be the first time John has jumped the gun, and done harm to PRWT share holders.
BTW, nobody has told me if John is employed by PRWT, or Panam. Would be kind of scary if we're talking to someone who isn't even employed by the company we hold shares in!!
