Well IL, Glad to see you're still among the living. Notwithstanding whatever is said on the CC, I do not believe that the stock will hold at near this level. I hope I'm wrong. I wonder if you would be willing to state whether or not you still have any confidence in this management team. You know them much better than us. Thanks. JBK

Well IL, now that you've heard the conference call, what do you think? I am not impressed. I also think that the suits, frivolous or not, will have an adverse effect on the company and its stock for the forseeable future. Just something else to occupy management besides running the business. So I'm deciding whether to opt out. What about you? JBK

This is I-L's last post<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Have heard there is a conf call at 9:30 am, open to ALL by: InvesmentLady 19312 of 19312 The number is 800-533-0326, at 9:30 eastern--the opening bell. It will be an open forum and all can listen in and participate, it will be taped. Apparently, ATT logistics won't let them do the call any earlier, though I urged them to do so. They will discuss the suspended strategic partnership, financial health, operations, and take questions. Francis told me they have paid off all SHORT-TERM debt and they will go over that more in detail, including the terms of the convertible debt conversion and their ability to buy it back. Look folks, like most of you I am pissed, disgusted and feel betrayed. I was counting on the deal too. Now I am worried about damage control and just how is the company situated for the convertible, dilution, ability to pay debt service, integration of consolidation, accounting system integration, sales growth, margin growth, etc. So I will listen in on the call with an angry ear, hoping to hear they are not desperate with facts and what they have to say about the health or risks for the company now. And what the heck happened to the deal. Lady
