Robert, thanks for your reply. However, I get the feeling that your main purpose of posting in SI is to sell your '$15 Questionnaire' and recruit customers rather than helping your fellow SI brethrens. Since you did the research and spent time on these matters, I guess you are entitled to sell these information. But I think you would be more successful if you help people first without charging few bucks. If they appreciate, they will come to you for tax returns. Just my humble opinion. I am a firm believer of free flow of information on the internet. I will research those answers and post them here without charging $15. Good luck, Jon
