Man, I have GOT to start short selling. WCTI is just too perfect a setup. Here is an non-reporting OTC at 23 bucks with big promises by the CEO of the launch of their new-technology [that looks suspiciously like Infoseek's Express search technology] search site in February.

2 dollars to 23 in a short time for an OTC with big plans. Would love to have some short shares in the mid-20's for a while.

Since, Sunday seems to be SHORT-SELL PROSPECT DAY [they just keep on coming to my email]. . .here is another:
-------------------

Subj: BOAT (Buy Rating)
Date: 1/24/99 5:29:00 PM Central Standard Time
From: pennyking1@yahoo.com (MERK)

(BOAT)
Current $1.30
Target $3.00
Outstanding 6.9 million
Float 1.5 million

BOAT is a very solid CO. Two years ago BOAT use to trade @ $60. They had a collapse but now have a new Management & are coming back very strong. BOAT has been on a steady rise for the last month. They have been buying out smaller CO. which have been making them lot stronger!
Now things are really heating up. I talked to the PR of BOAT & he said
they are getting at least 250,000 buying power coming in. The float is
small on BOAT so that's good. The PR said their target is $3 with in a
month. They are also coming out with couple positive press release
very soon. Look for BOAT to go to around $2 Monday. I give BOAT a very
strong buy rating.

Good Trading

With as many suckers as there are to buy garbage companies, they will probably run like mad. But what a perfect short prospect. When these go down, they usually take about a year, but they often go to .0005 post-split.

Sorry, for bursting some pie-in-the-sky bubble heads, but I am posting the truth about the market and the scams and those that perpetuate them. I am not a cynical person, nor am I a naysayer.
I am using my knowledge about the way the OTC works to offer potential opportunistic plays. . .hopefully turning the tables just a bit.
