I agree that "if the press release is fact. . . this is a dramatic development" Just to clear up any doubts about my "motives" here, I am long a mid 5 figure position in this stock, have cashed out all of my investment and would be very pleased to make another ton of money. That doesn't mean I left my brains at the door or my scepticism (sp?) either. If you get to retire at 48 send me a recording of you laughing all the way to the bank. I play hard in the BB market because I like big rewards for big risk. Here's hopin'

Okay, here's a suggestion: somebody call up the real estate developer tomorrow and ask for details. A LOTTA details.

As you know, I live in Italy; ain't gonna spend the money on a lengthy international call. But those of you who own the stock would, I think, be well-advised to give 'em a buzz.
