"Who is Bob Brinker? Some guy that just wants to see his name in print?" Not hardly, he has a radio show with a large audience, excellent show and he has been talking about the internet stocks a lot lately but those consist of the PE's that are absurd. Bob did get calls Sat/Sun that specifically asked about AOL. He did say Sun that he would not own AOL right now based on a 150 PE when the S & P 500 was at an avg 25, he also said AOL was growing faster than the rest of the S&P 500. The caller wanted an answer and Bob gave it, he clearly does not group AOL with the EBAY. The globe.com, AMZN, and the rest of the ridiculous ones. I was not happy to hear it but think about a host who recommends mutual funds, what do you think he's going to say about AOL when other internet stocks have dropped 35 to 40% in 2 weeks time? I think we may be in for a bit of a rough road, Bob also thinks the market could correct another 5 to 10% from here before going to new highs in '99 www.bobbrinker.com
