I guess they can if they can find a buyer. People here with a new venture bought $500 land for $1000 a few years back when interest rates were sky high. They didn't last very long, and ended up selling the land for $500, but it just goes to show you what people will do, and that anything is possible. I wouldn't mind buying more, but I'm at the end of my funds and don't want to sell off stocks that I own.
