I usually reserve my comments to technical analysis, but in this case, I think there is one significant item to watch. That is, what will the hierarchy of this company do in light of the announcement? Most are in the management team with lower than peer salaries with big stock option incentives . If they abandon ship then we have cause to really worry. If they stay and do battle with JT, then I think the stock will find a good support level and start a slow climb. There could still be a buyout in the future, or there could even be a significant genetic development. Only time will tell. Smart shorts will cover on the open because that will probably be the spike low that ends this long slide. CocoaM
