You're right!! But book and market values effect share price by providing a floor. That is, shareholder's would receive $xxx if the company were liquidated. The $90 plus million sale would translate into approximately $50 million after sale costs and taxes. At a 5% CD rate, interest earned would amount to $2.5 million. If the company simply sits on this cash and earns interest, the increase in share price should be in the $.25 range. A better use for the cash would be re-investment in manufacturing facilities and/or focus on marketing the native products. The addition of the E-commerce strategy is an enormous wild-card. The company's market for these products is world-wide. Combine this with the allure of the Amazon region and benefit to the natives from product sales, and you can extrapolate just about any revenue figure you want. This is why E-commerce stocks have been going wild. This is also what gives Madera the potential for becoming a $10 plus stock. You can get to $10/share by earning $75 million on revenues of $1 billion. All Madera has to do is figure out how to re-invest its capital in order to produce sales of $1 billion. Simple!!
