If Bank of America is ranked 4th, the others have to be REALLY bad. BofA is a joke. I sent them e-mail requesting an information package for online banking and asking some basic questions (like if they are going to offer EBPP). They don't have normal e-mail - instead a web based system. They responded to my message 16 days later - and because they must have some maximum number of lines per message, I received the response in 13 separate messages. By the time I could get through reading the messages, it logged me off the secure system. When I tried to log back in, it said that I was already signed on. In general, the system is VERY slow and the screens are redundant and inefficient. Online banking could be very time efficient, unfortunately their system is very time consuming. Says to me that there is a HUGE opportunity for improvement and growth. But, no wonder people are not taking to online banking favorably.
