Who ever told you that is full of S. Anybody in there right mind that was offered ground that close to a deposit would be an Idiot for not accepting that ground, as it is only about 2 KM from where they are drilling now. Who ever told you that don't know mining, it is a common practice in mining when a good hole is drilled you stake and acquire all the ground you can.
