I usually just lurk, but... We rapidly need information as to JT's state of mind. Is he a flake, (the mouth-shooting-off over a terminated aquisition says 'yes'...) or did he consult with those senior managers? Remember, they bought in for the long haul and make many of us 'longs' look like school kids. Those senior managers should have known that the begging nature of the firesale activities wouldn't bring top dollar. I know that most of us were hoping that a major company would be so eager for a biotech purchase they would throw caution to the winds, but it is not to be. IMHO this strengthens ABXT's negotiating position for future contacts.
