Thanks for correcting my mistaken impression that Sun didn't need JENE directly.

From your thorough explanation, it is clear that Sun cannot gain the dominance it seeks for JAVA/JINI
without the facilitative technology embodied in Insignia's JENE. Given the portability advantage of JAVA
over C or C++ as a progamming language for embedded systems, companies who sign on to JINI and are
developing devices with constrained memory have no choice now but to look seriously into JENE.

INSGY is, indeed, in the right place at the right time!!!

<<tell me (us) about PLCM -- I just looked at the chart...fantastic.>>

They make video-conferencing equipment that's won all sorts of awards and their earnings keep beating estimates. They released earnings last Wed. after the close, and the chart action was typical for the co. It gapped a little then sold off on the news on Thurs. and part of Fri. but rebounded on Fri. to close at the high of the day. It looks ready to resume its uptrend now. I bought near the close on Fri. at 26 1/2 when it was showing a lot of strength. That may have been a mistake, because I bet it will be cheaper in the morning. Anyway, in short its a great combination of fundamentals and technically a good entry point, especially if it gaps down in the morning because of general market weakness.
