$75.00 to register. That's insane. Is it a flat fee for any amount or do they charge 12%? I didn't ask Ameritrade what their fee will be but I will monday.

Do you recall who you spoke with at E*Trade... I'm having trouble getting anyone there to hold a train of thought long enough to sort out registering my plaintiff shares... Each time I speak with them they have switch between researching W's, P's, or the Plaintiff shares and they can't keep straight what they are working on... I was hoping you might recall who you worked with...

Thanks...
Rick

Kenneth,

CVIA warrants/dividends

I also use ETRADE. you mention $75 for conversion. i only own 133 shares. Can you elaborate on the issue or send me personal mail. This is what i got from ETRADE

133 ..... which I assume to be warrants
13 (not 133/7).... assumed to be ArchivalCD shares

What do I need to do. As i understand, there were warrants issued which is probably 133 above. What is the exercise price and .. (commissions?)?

As far as ArchivalCD is concerned, one for seven CVIA shares which would mean 19 not 13 as specified above.

Any info will be appreciated!

Thanks!

Frantz
