I think earnings this week could be quite interesting. Not only will we have eBay on Tuesday but also AMZN. We have AOL on Wednesday. Plus we have Brazil and China and of course Clinton. One up thing may be that the Clinton mess may end this week. A worry has been that a plunge in the internets could take down the whole market. Of course the market is having problems and who is to say that it will be the internets doing it if the market goes down big time but it could be interesting to see one of the "big ones" miss earnings. AMZN did warn several weeks ago when they were still in an uptrend and nobody paid attention. I feel that the gains in BID recently have been based on the internet so if they go, it may go too. Just my opinion.
