Let's see... a company that has recently undergone a 1-for-10 reverse split is now engaged in stock buyback on the heels of issuing additional shares to raise much needed capital. Do you think that might push the credibility envelope just a hair?

The only way these kinds of companies seem to be able to reduce their float is with reverse-splits and we've seen what that does for shareholder value, haven't we?
