Surfer: Brinker seemed crystal clear to me on this point all this weekend. The market and these stocks can go higher over time if the earnings of these companies grow and eventually catch up to their respective valuations which are overextended by historical measures now.

The market is bigger than the Brinker listenership no matter how highly many of us regard him.

Surfer: It is an oxymoron to say "he says MSFT, CSCO, DELL, etc. as hold because they are overvalued" and at the same time say "In other words, he is expecting people to buy these stocks in spite of his advice so that the market can go higher."

"HOLD" is defined as HOLD WHAT YOU OWN, BUT DON'T BUY ANYMORE AT THESE HIGH LEVELS.
