Is it normal for you to request help from customer support reps at a company where you aren't even a customer?

It was a real shock to all of us to see Carole refuse to help a non NAQ customer who does nothing but hype some charting site.

Now why don't you give Microsoft a call and let them know how much better your Sony Play Station is as compared with MS Office and how all MS Office users should switch to Playstation.
