I posted the link before." You can't call it manipulation and sue the government unless you can PROVE they buy/sell more then what they reported. All the gold sales, and purchases are posted on the US FED site. You can see when they are buying, and selling. If you believe the FED lies, then you believe they lie about everything, including the weather.
