I saw FCC chairman William Kennard on the "Charlie Rose" show on PBS a little over a week ago. It was a 30 minute 1-on-1 interview. He was very favorable when talking about the T/TCI merger (which was only a very small portion of the 30 minutes, they covered tons of stuff). no, I don't recall any more detail than that - I listened carefully, as an ATHM owner. Nothing negative heard... He seemed to be a very bright, future-thinking, and open-minded person - I was pleasantly surprised, and felt better for ATHM's future prospects after seeing this guy talk for 30 minutes.
