I don't have the answers to your questions. I suspect LEAH will let us know when the Kazakhstan deal is finalized. I really don't think there is any question regarding Siberian Machinery. If you still have a question it should be settled when audited financials from D and T appear in February, unless you don't believe what D and T say. There are already statements in the last quarterly which D and T had to clear.
