link doesn't work...but I checked out the news on ARP. The constraints of a "viable offer" will probably limit the upside and the swings in the stock. However, that could be blown out of the water with any whispers of a Newmont bid! Prior to the halt at 9:05 this AM the bids were only $5.20 so I think ARP officials probably halted the stock to reissue the release, for wider dissemination In the meantime...BII has a pre-open f $5.65 which I believe is a smoke and mirror routine. AMZN is trading down $7.00 Ebay even, so I am not sure why it is trying to open higher??? the Chief
