vinod Khurana,< That leaves Newbridge Networks and 3COM as lone survivors.>.NN and COMS have very strong allience with Siemens, and overlap between all three members of allience is very small.

Vinod: People are dreaming if they think 3com will sell out! There is no need to...she's in a much stronger position in the mkt than she was 6mo. ago! If anything...she would be acquired by ATT...no need to give the Europeans a foothold in our global mkt. Of course...if the money is right....maybe, just maybe, it would be a consideration! As Eric B. has said...every stockholder would SUE Him! I would be the first one to file a lawsuit!
