Why will it tomorrow, or the next day? I don't think this has been said in any of the articles regarding this issue yet. If so, please post a link. RE: "Look at Clinton's popularity!" Comparing Intel to Clinton I see... Short term, AMD (and I guess Cyrix, but who cares about them ;) )wins. Long term, we'll see.
