Bonnie, I think that the strategy that the fed government is employing now has a very specific goal. That is to create more tax dollars. Right now they are letting it run free so that it will become such an integral part of our lives that when they do decide to tax it, our lives and businesses will be be so intertwined with the internet that the momentum will not be stopped. I don't know about the utility companies and the ISP being tied at the hip, but certainly you will see an industry regulated just the same as the telecom industry. JXM
