15 min window expired. Most of Sprint's problem is that their system is always capacity constrained; Sprint has intentionally marketed as a low cost, lower priced system and it shows. It is always playing catch up on infrastructure. In Dallas, part of the problem is that PrimeCo agreed with the local electric company to use its poles, etc. and Sprint has had to acquire leaseholds for its equipment. At heavy use times, there are many dropped calls, and there are dead zones, the most aggravating along the major north-south expressway corridor. Those that know something about how cellular works are willing to put up with the dropped calls, dead zones and low power in exchange for the lower cost.
