Dear David, Please refer to planned developments of Company for 1999 regarding whether a planned sell would be prudent, would say this: If you sell at any given time, knowing that you will buy in again, please do not be sad that you may have to pay a higher price. Feb 15th is the date we have been told. As Feb 15th is President's Day and the Market is closed the 15th does not make sense to me, soooooo my TOTALLY selfish thoughts, it will debut on Feb 19th as that is my Bday ;). L & S WCTI,,Barbara
