Do you think if he had any doubts about the outlook for VLNC he would have sold any shares? Would you?

Your contribution bears repeating:

$5 Million at prices as low as $0.25 - you didn't know it but, you are talking serious dilution. Hells bells!! Thats as much as 20 Million additional shares. Maybe you shouldn't say anymore fred.

>Guess what? I don't believe either side. (From a disillusioned poster representing himself as a VLNC shareholder. He is referring to fmk's posts as well as posts that raise problematic issues with VLNC on SI).

The documented problems with VLNC:

1. low financial resources;
2. heavy competition;
3. poor record of execution;
4. management turnover;
5. absence of analyst recommendations despite a December trip to Ireland;
6. the factual statements in the 10Qs and Ks, as distinguished from disclaimers and legal boilerplate.

are not a matter of belief but rather of recognition. Open your eyes and don't base your decision on how many shares you already hold and what would happen if your original reason to buy was flawed.

On the other hand, much of the positive innuendo is a matter of belief given that it is based on rumors, undisclosed "sources," and unsubstantiated opinion.
