Nasdaq futures down 11.70, however it may be limited to only a few companies (primarily Intel). A story out says AMD is gaining serious ground on intel. AMD market share up to 15% from 5% in late 97, and Intel has dropped from 87% down to 75% market share.

This should hurt Intel, and the Nasdaq, but probably not much else.

this FV crap always Blows me..so i just ignore it
but with all of that...what is the net effect of the futures right now

it seems we closed 2 points over the cash according to time and sales at CME ..but I cant remember

btw, I think this is saying the fed was draining this weekend but I dont understand their terminology
maybe one reason it shook up the market is because it was unexpected
