I would like to buy more Valence shares myself, but I can't come up with the funds at the moment. Would you care to send me $200,000?
Otherwise, if I could sell 30,000 shares for $10 and buy back $40,000 for $6, I think I would!

You don't know, Mark. Admit it.

Why would the ex-CFO sell some of his holdings, but retain the greater part? YOU DON'T KNOW.

On the other hand, why would the new board member add to his recent 20,000 options with a purchase of 10,000 on the open market? You DO know the answer here: he reasons he can make some money on his investment.

ADMIT IT: One thing you DO know is that there's a vote of confidence here, whereas the ex-CFO's sale cannot be known to be a lack of confidence.

You play with logic, but your constructs fail miserably.
