You are demonstrating your total lack of understanding of this CPU ID information.

The ID is only used by programs that run on the PC in question. For Internet access, the one program that most people use is a browser.

Are you under the MISTAKEN IDEA that a BROWSER will read the ID and send it out to any web site without a users permission ?

Are you also under the illusion that your name and social security number and shares of AMD stock that you own are somehow traceable to that ID inside a CPU?

Maybe you can explain how.
