INDEX UPDATE
=================================

The DOW just broke below FRIDAY's low of 9088 by just a few points. Such normally implies that we could possibly see lower prices further into the day if such is accomplishes in the early morning. How much - who knows?

At todays lows I just received a borderline CLASS 1 BUY signal for the DOW, and if the DOW drops more it will strengthen the signal. The BUY-IN time will be at tomorrow's LOWs.

If we start to reverse strongly today, such would statistically imply that the rebound could be a strong one. If the reversal starts tomorrow it will just be a normal rebound.

I have also noticed that from the time I get a signal, if the movement is still strong from that point it implies that the reversal could be weak. In other words, I got the signal when the DOW was around 9075, but if the DOW sells off alot more from that point it implies weakness, and not that strong of a rebound.

At this point the NAZ has already sold off about 30 points off of the intraday highs, which also implies some weakness.
