"Also during the fourth quarter, Orckit, together with Fujitsu Network Communications, Intel and GTE further expanded their G.Lite field trial. ''In this trial, Orckit and its partners are laying the groundwork for the direction of G.Lite, a key element in the widespread deployment of ADSL,'' commented Mr. Tamir."

Orckit's ADSL Silicon partner, Fujitsu Microelectronics Limited announced the availability of an Analog Front End jointly developed for a single analog and digital ADSL Integrated Circuit, the KeyWave(TM). The KeyWave(TM) will incorporate Orckit's third generation ADSL design, and is expected to support both full rate ADSL and G.Lite modes of operation.
