MXB, The company keeps current financials up to date, we only need to be audited, which would take maybe 90 days max, probably less, because our books are in tip-top condition, Jack doesn't play that funny numbers game. If the lawsuit isn't settled by June, we will have no choice but to become reporting, we won't have any choice, but I believe that since we are in the heart of the lawsuit right now, with the Depos and everything going on, AOL is better off to settle. There don't want any of the stuff that we are getting out of their books made public, that will kill them. mitchell
