VLAD - I agree & disagree I agree we can have different opinions - one of my favorite quotes is: "If you and I were exactly alike, one of us would be unnecessary." - don't know where I heard it. As to my believing Vasomax will be a big hit, it depends on what you mean. I've never believed nor argued that Vasomax would be a dominant drug in this market. I agree that Viagra is more efficacious, as is Muse & Caverject. I believe that most MD's will start a patient on the therapy LEAST likely to cause side-effects, and ratchet up from there. Right now, Vasomax has the "best" side effects profile. The market size estimates have varied greatly. Depending on how big it eventually turns out to be, I believe that if Vasomax can capture 5%-15% then it will be a very successful drug for Zonagen. They don't need to be the #1 drug in this market. That's all I've ever believed about Vasomax. I believe other things about the company, management, pipeline, etc - but that's another story. Comments from salesmen regarding their company's strategic direction are usually worthless, IMHO - & I was one early in my career. I do believe that the actual commercial release of the product by SGP represented a HUGE step-up in their commitment - something that has not been noted on this board - probably because most folks don't know what it signifies - this is not like adding a new line of soap by just putting it on the shelf. Commercial releases in the medical industry are very serious decisions - especially for companies as large as SGP. Good luck with ALL your investments.
