Heyy JP, With all due respect, we have had audited 97 financials that have yet to be released, MS has been stating for over 7 months that initial paperwork for becoming fully reporting is done (when I and BBoy were there we were flashed a package of paper and told "here it is"), a full time CFO was hired a month ago or so. Regardless of what card games anyone may be playing or not, why wait until " before end of second Q" to file and become fully reporting? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. AMBTS,,,Barbara
