Having been heavily into BB stocks for awhile, I have become somewhat jaded about price fluctuations. I know AMEX does not operate like NASDAQ and the OTC market, but I don't worry about a stock unless it falls under .25. Stocks that drop below a quarter seldom recover.

Thanks for the warm welcome here.

The past few times I've been in Wall Mart or Target Stores I looked for Emerson Products, I found a few, but the number was quite small and they were lower priced units. I've gathered that they have some higher end units, Atomic Clock, theater sound system, etc. but I found none of that in the stores I visited.

The net could provide the vehicle for people to see what they have, and if customers start asking retail outlets to hear these devices, and we don't undercut the retail outlets on the net, the net could lead to stores bringing in the higher end products as customers ask for them. I don't know about you, but my daughter is shopping for a compact stereo, she's purchased 1 unit, returned it, and continues to look and primarily listen to everything she can find. As her pocketbook grows she's looking at better units, but I'm certain no matter how good the description on the net is, she wants to hear it before deciding.

I wish I could tell her where to check out Emerson's higher end products, but I don't know. That's something that corporate management need to address. Personally, I would like to see Emerson in somewhat higher end stores, Good Guys, Circuit City, Fry's etc, where sales people are more knowledgeable, and comparison is easier. From what little product I've seen, we compare well, but the limited stock I've seen doesn't give us a chance for most people to compare.

Talk to you later,

Gary
