The WSJ is the premier paper in the land, bar none.

Since you are always wrong, it comes as no great event to point out that that was not an editorial you read, it was an Op-Ed.

The author of the Op-Ed was correct of course IF the Republican Party had behaved just a fraction as badly as the uniformly, cohesively corrupt Democrat Party is doing today, hence your objection.

The WSJ editorial page also said last week that Nixon would have gotten off in a Senate trial, an opinion somewhat contradicted by contemporary accounts.

Perhaps Nixon should have gotten off, in the spirit of not nullifying the election of 1972, which Nixon won by over 60% of the votes, a number BC can only dream about.
