We were insulted, made fun of, and
as Ellen pointed out, there were occasions when small "bits" of information were thrown out
to tease. It is one thing to tell someone I see smoke coming from your house vs. there may
be something at the hardware store that you could use (in this case alluding to a fire
extinguisher, but never coming right out and saying so).

I can understand why people sometimes resent this, but there's often a reason for it. Sometimes one has incomplete evidence, or hearsay evidence. One believes it to be true, but can't take the risk of coming out with straightforward allegations or accusations. And so we hope that people will pick up on hints and look into the matter themselves.

I don't approve of cat-and-mouse games, either, though of course at times it's impossible to resist teasing Spidey for a bit. When we've had hard information about AZNT to produce, we've produced it as quickly as possible. Which is a great deal more than can be said for the Stooges.

MZUBOZ, that was an excellent post. In the case of AZNT, if you read the early posts you'll see the word "hint" used all over the place by Bmart, Cavalry, and the touts at that time. Talk about playing games. Heck, they couldn't even get the spelling correct making it even harder to verify anything they said. At first we certainly did get caught up in their little game; I guess that's human nature. But we quickly grew weary of that BS and way back in August set up the news only thread: #Subject-22634.

As Janice said, you just can't come right out and say "These bastards are lying" even if you are 90% sure they are. For example, we immediately questioned and found gaping holes in the Sweet Factory press release. But it was only after we got e-mail from the CEO saying there was no relationship with the two companies nor any planned that we flat out said AZNT and the touts here were flat out lying. Perhaps if people like Ellen did their own DD for a change instead of insisting on being spoon fed they'd understand exactly what I'm talking about.
