Pez, those river people would love to have a decent job. Most of them work when they can find a job but they are locked in a poverty cycle. When you can't afford a telephone, tv or car a deer makes a lot of good meals.

Now when I see the city boys hunt over bait and shoot over their limit for sport the warden gets a call.
