George, I thought all medicine taken by man was more or less evidence based. I might be making some progress in my arguments because instead of saying evidence based why not just say FDA approved if they truly believe the FDA is so good in the efficacy department? Are people now starting to be ashamed at bringing the FDA into the efficacy debate? I guess now all medicine used off label without the stamp of approval by big brother FDA is illegitimate. Wait George, maybe only the dangerous clinicians use medicines off label, is that it?
