Obviously I agree with everything you said, unless my previous posts were unclear. However, I have never seen the 3.1 million share number. If true, the cap would be 190 billion which it isn't, it's about 90 billion. I don't have the most recent annual report, but for years it was about 1.2 million, but they have used shares for several big purchases, so I am guessing there is about 1.6 million now. They needed about 270 million for GRN alone.

Another delay this am of about 30 minutes, then it opened much higher.The pattern has been that it will now sell off the rest of the day. This much of a liquidity problem may force him to do something. At this rate, the stock will stop trading altogether within a year and we will have to call the board to see what kind of a deal we can get. I am kidding.
